Hollywood bombshell Megan Fox is best known for appearing in the first two “Transformers” live-action movies from 2007 to 2009. These blockbusters made a big deal of the female star’s gorgeous face and voluptuous body.
As her popularity rose quickly, Megan was named FHM’s Sexiest Woman for 2008. However, her goddess-like appearance had people wondering if Megan’s beauty is all thanks to plastic surgery.
The papers always covered news about Megan’s changing appearance pointing mostly at her nose, lips and boobs.
While these may simply be rumors, we couldn’t pass up this opportunity to analyze her beauty.

Did Megan Fox Have Nose Job?
Before her rise to fame, Megan’s nose had a hump on its bridge, as seen in this before photo. Its nose tip was also wider with a noticeable dent. However, that dent disappeared a few years later. The size and shape of her nose also became narrower, with the tip more refined and smoothed. The change might only mean one thing — a nose job!
Has Megan Had Botox?
Nearly every Hollywood beauty has been speculated to have botox and Megan has been denying similar rumors over and over again.
The “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle” star does have a flawless face and a forehead free of wrinkles, so it’s not hard to see why people would suspect her case.
Some fans believe Megan got cheek fillers to give her face some contour. Aside from this face procedure, we haven’t seen anything invasive like a facelift.
Did She Get Lip Injections?
Megan’s lips could be the star of its own movie — it’s that prominent and impressionable! However, it looked a lot different before, as you will notice in these pictures.
Back in the day, Megan had thin lips and you can actually see her front teeth when she opens her mouth slightly. The upper lip also looks thinner than the lower lip. In her “after” photo, however, they look evenly plumped.
Based on this evidence, it’s very likely that she’s had lip injections at least once during her career.
Does Megan Have a Boob Job?
Megan is wearing a similarly-styled black body fitting top in these photos, and there isn’t much difference in her breasts. Her cleavage appears to be the same shape and size also.
While her boobs do look higher and rounder in the after photo, we believe the change of cup size is due to a pushed up bra.
From this comparison, we couldn’t find any evidence of breast implants. So, this suggests to us that Megan has never had a boob job. In other words, they are not fake.
What about Her Teeth?
It might be hard to imagine that Megan went through an awkward phase as a young girl but here’s the proof.
Megan’s teeth were so crooked that she likely had “Ugly Betty” braces early and dental veneers as she grew older.
Her teeth now looks sparkly white, perfectly aligned and with a healthy gumline.

What Did Megan Say About Plastic Surgery?
Megan has never admitted to any of the rumors. In a feature on Allure magazine back in 2010, the actress had this to say for those wondering if she had lip fillers:
I will say for people who question the authenticity of my lips, you can clearly see that my lips are my lips.
In the same interview, the actress, however, revealed she’s not against getting procedures but she also dished some advice for those considering cosmetic surgery:
I would encourage anyone to first speak with a therapist, to try and figure out where this want comes from because a lot of times it’s not related to your teeth or your nose or your chin, the surgery is not going to alleviate that insecurity for you. If, then, you feel, ‘This is something that I want to do,’ then do it. It’s amazing that we have the technology to do the stuff that we do.
Megan also answered back at those who speculated she has botox on the regular by posting a series of photos of herself on Facebook with her “wrinkles.” She captioned these photos: “Things You Can’t Do with Your Face when You Have Botox.”

Conclusion
Based on how Megan has transformed over the years, there’s evidence to suggest that she may have had some work done on her face.
The actress’s body, on the other hand, appears to be all-natural. There are no signs of breast and butt augmentations. We think the reason why her boob size changes is because of weight fluctuations and her three pregnancies.
Of course, Megan still looks great in tight-fitting top and jeans. So whatever diet and workout plan she’s been following is doing her wonders.
