I still remember watching Carrie Underwood step into that audition floor on “American Idol” 15 years ago. She was a gorgeous looking girl with her wide curls and mid-length blond hair. She was dressed in a decent pink blouse and jeans that showed her fine form.
Something about her looks made people gaze at her in admiration. And then she opened her mouth to sing…and it was magical! It was clear Carrie had the whole package and could fit right into Hollywood and become a star.
Following her break since winning the singing contest, Carrie’s career soared as she released one hit song after another. She was a regular at red carpet events and often turned heads with her appearance. Slowly, she became country music’s princess because of her talent and good looks.
Though she was born beautiful, people can’t help but wonder if Carrie has ever done plastic surgery to boost her profile. At one point, rumors perpetuated that she faked an accident to cover for what really happened — she apparently got a cosmetic procedure.
Carrie, who has been successfully juggling career and motherhood, has also been criticized for wearing too much makeup at her son’s school events. Married to NHL star Mike Fisher, this simple girl from Oklahoma did admit that she’s quite insecure about her appearance, especially after that freak accident.

Rumors say that Carrie’s gorgeous face apparently gets regular botox treatments, particularly on the forehead and the frown lines around her mouth. I don’t buy this speculation though because, from the very beginning, Carrie’s forehead has been smooth and wrinkle-free, while she has always had those lines around her mouth when she smiles.
If these are less obvious now than before, I think it’s all makeup, which Carrie is fond of wearing.
Has Carrie had a nose job?
Critics accuse Carrie of getting a nose job to balance her facial features. But judging by these pics, her nose does not have a significant difference when she was just starting out in the show business (left) and now that she’s a huge star (right).
The bump on her bridge is still there on the same spot in these before and after pictures. People say she had her nose slimmed down via rhinoplasty. I could be missing something here but, to me, her nose looks about the same size and shape.
Did she get a boob job?
I also don’t believe Carrie got breast implants to make her boobs look bigger. It’s naturally shapely and full in the “before” photo so these boob job rumors don’t have any bearing for me.
She does look slimmer in the “after” photo, which perhaps emphasized the size of her breasts against her small figure. I believe she’s a fitness nut, which explains why she has slimmed down.
Does Carrie have lip injections?
Her lips does appear to be fuller in the “after” photo but I think it’s just cause of the lighting and the angle of the shot. So, no…I don’t think Carrie had lip injections to pucker up her lips. For me, it looks naturally plump based on these photos.
Any work done on her teeth?
I don’t think Carrie has ever had braces or got her teeth done. To be honest, this superstar doesn’t need a lot of help in the looks department. Even her teeth are an even line of pearly whites.

10 years into the showbiz, Carrie has not changed much in the appearance department except she is now a mother to a young boy. She’s also gotten a lot better with her wardrobe choices too.
But if I were her stylist, I’d have an easy time dressing her up and making her look pretty because she already knows how to primp herself.

After her freak falling accident in 2017, Carrie’s face did look slightly different in this photo. She said she had 40 stitches around her mouth and I do notice that it’s a little off. However, I thought she’d look a lot worse but maybe she had a good reconstructive surgeon who fixed her face.

This is Carrie after giving birth to her second son. Although her body looks fuller, especially around the waist, she still looks stunning in this vintage-inspired dress, which showed off her beautiful long legs.

Conclusion
Despite what people assume about her appearance, I’m more inclined to say that Carrie Underwood is a natural beauty. I think it’s too early for her to be getting botox and I doubt she had plastic surgery on her nose, lips and breasts. There was also no evidence of enhancements on her chin or jawline.
And while she can get carried away with the blushes at times, I don’t seem to get tired of looking at her. She’s not the typical bombshell but there is definitely something about her that makes her beauty shine.
I guess Carrie’s appeal is in the way she carries her public persona and how she smiles. Of course, matched with an enchanting voice Carrie Underwood is a sight to behold on the Hollywood stage.
