Is Angelina Jolie the most beautiful woman in the world?
According to many of her fans, the answer is an absolute YES!
In fact, there was a poll done by Vanity Fair magazine back in 2008 (during her peak) indicating that almost 60% of its readers voted for Angelina to receive that title. The rest of the votes were shared among 18 other contestants including Gisele Bündchen, Halle Berry and others.
Many females wanted to know about Angelina’s beauty secrets. Some even suggested that Jolie had plastic surgery to gain that gorgeous face and luscious lips.
With the beauty technology over the past decades, it’s certainly possible for any celebrities to alter their facial and body features, but has Angelina ever used a plastic surgeon’s service?

The best way to determine if a person had cosmetic work done is by comparing their past photographs. In this case, I have analyzed pictures of Angelina before and after she became a Hollywood success.
Does Angelina have lip injections?
This is perhaps one of the biggest misconceptions out there and that is, people often think Angelina Jolie had lip injections. Well, I’m here to tell you that she hasn’t gotten any fillers.
Just look at the pictures above! She’s born with those sexy lips.
Has Angelina had a boob job?
It’s no secret that Angelina had both her breasts removed due to a cancer gene. She has admitted to the world that she had gotten breast implants post-surgery using the most natural looking teardrop shape.
But what about before her preventative mastectomy?
Well, I was one of those people who questioned whether her boobs were real or fake. That’s until I saw this picture…
She definitely has a decent natural cup size but I believe she also wears a bigger bra to increase her bust size in certain films (like Tomb Raider?).
Did Jolie have rhinoplasty?
Angelina Jolie’s nose has been rumored to have undergone rhinoplasty over the years. But after going through her earlier photos, I simply couldn’t find any differences.
Sure, her nasal bridge may be a touch thinner but that’s about it. I highly doubt she had a nose job. She already had the perfect nose shape to begin with.
Did she get chin implant?
No doubt, Angelina has one of the most unique face shapes in Hollywood so it’s understandable why some people think she’s had a jaw and chin implant.
I can only tell you that she’s born with this facial bone structure…nothing else.

One of the most distinctive features about Angelina has to be her pouty lips and it’s not too hard to see why so many women are getting lip injections to look like Jolie.

At just 15 years of age, Angelina already looked like a star, but for some reasons, her early attempts at modeling weren’t very successful.

Angelina experienced mainstream success where she single-handedly bought the video game character, Lara Croft, back to life in Tomb Raider. She was probably at her fittest during the filming of this international hit.
Perhaps it was needed for her role, but her breasts didn’t look natural in this gravity-defying outfit. Thank goodness she didn’t have any butt augmentation, otherwise, she’ll look like the skinny version of Nicki Minaj (Can you imagine?).
Year 2005
At the LA Premiere of Mr & Mrs. Smith in Westwood, CA. Angelina has completely redefined her perceived beauty and sex appeal with this smokey eye makeup in a gorgeous leather dress. Her hair and nose contouring look super hot matching her jawline extremely well.
This sexy hairstyle reduced her jaw bone quite nicely giving her a much slimmer face. Along with her nude lipstick, it almost gave a false impression that she’s had a jaw reduction surgery.
Year 2006
While Jolie dismissed any involvement in the well-publicized divorce between Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston, she admitted that she had fallen in love with Brad during the filming of the 2005 action comedy, Mr & Mrs. Smith.
Perhaps it was Pitt who couldn’t resist the beauty as Angelina was confirmed pregnant in the same year.
Year 2008
Here she was attending the Cannes Film Festival in France. Angelina Jolie was regarded as the highest paid actress this year due to her attractive box office pulling performances. You may notice her face appears a little puffy here, but it’s got nothing to do with Botox. She was pregnant (again) with Brad’s second child.
Year 2009
Jolie arrives at the 81st Annual Academy Awards held at Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles, California. While plastic surgery may be Angelina’s closely guarded beauty secret, but one cannot deny that she has a great sense of fashion. Just look at the way she wore those green emerald gemstone earrings.
It’s also no secret that she’s a fan of tattoos. After getting laser removal for her dragon tats, she’s got a more elegant, yet personalized Thai Yantra tattoos and apparently they stand for good luck too.
Year 2012
This was the famous “Angelina Leg” that stole the show at the red carpet. Yes, she has beautiful long legs and has been able to sustain a slender body shape through good genes, healthy eating, and regular exercise.
She definitely isn’t the type who needs liposuction, although I’m not sure about tummy tuck procedures as most women do develop loose skin around their stomach after giving birth.
Year 2013
Angelina looked as dazzling as ever when she appeared at the movie premier of “World War Z”. This was her first public appearance following her double mastectomy (removal of both breasts), which she has undergone as a preventative measure against breast cancer.
She was tested positive with the BRCA1 gene and if mutated, will leave her with an estimated 87 percent risk of breast cancer and 50 percent risk of ovarian cancer.
Following the mastectomy, she went through a breast reconstruction surgery to reconstruct her new breasts. Given that she doesn’t have much fat in her body, she most likely opted for silicone or saline breast implants.
Year 2014
At 39 years of age, Jolie is no longer a girl with tight and silky smooth skin. If you look at those deep wrinkles on her forehead, you’d wonder if she’s ever visited a plastic surgeon to get a forehead lift or a browlift.
Year 2015
Here she is attending the Critics Choice Award in Los Angeles. Not sure if it’s just the makeups, but her face cheeks appear to be a little plumped and smooth for a 40-year-old woman. Do you think these are signs of a Botox injection?
Following her mutation gene diagnosis, Angelina also underwent a hysterectomy in 2015 to remove her ovaries.
Year 2016
After separating with Brad Pitt, Angelina’s weight took a dramatic dive. Although she’s always had a skinny body, this just fell to a new low. We just hope that she wouldn’t become anorexic.
Year 2019
Angelina is back to her usual-self looking absolutely radiant. Her facial skin looks really firm and tight, it’s almost like she’s been given new skin. Whether this is the result of a facelift or cosmetic skincare remains a mystery.

What Does Angelina Have To Say About Cosmetic Surgery?
Being the most beautiful woman on Earth as approved by many publications, it’s no wonder why people are so envious about everything that makes Jolie so attractive.
During an interview with the Dailymail back in 2010, she was asked about her trademark pillow lips and cheekbone contour, and how so many cosmetic surgeons out there are using her as the pin-up model.
Here’s her response:
I haven’t had anything done and I don’t think I will. But if it makes somebody happy then that’s up to them. I’m not in somebody else’s skin to know what makes them feel better about themselves. But I don’t plan to do it myself.
Conclusion
After analyzing all of Angelina’s past and present photos, it’s safe to say that her most distinctive beauty feature, her lips, is not fake! In fact, I found that all of her facial structure to be natural, too.
No matter how hard I’ve tried, I simply couldn’t find any evidence of a nose job. Although she does have large jawbones and a prominent chin, she was apparently born with those too.
The only procedure she has done, and have publicly admitted, is a boob job. But it wasn’t for cosmetic reasons but rather to safeguard herself from cancer.
The actress is currently in her 40s and I must admit she looks absolutely amazing. However, I doubt she needs a face correction yet but whether Angelina had tried botox…well, I think she has.
